Springs run dry in north Georgia
Residents of Fannin County in north Georgia have seen their springs run dry for the first time in decades. Many residents of the area are angry at spring water bottlers in the area who legally pull millions of gallons of water from the state's springs for free.

Residents of Fannin County in north Georgia have seen their springs run dry for the first time in decades. Arlene Prescott's spring went dry in September 2007, and she has installed a well to have running water at her home in Blue Ridge. Prescott's cat, Igor, takes a drink.
