Rockledge Apartments

Rockledge Apartments are located adjacent to the Chattahoochee River, a major amenity for residents.

Rockledge has one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. Amenities include direct Chattahoochee River and trail access, resort-style swimming pools, tennis courts, biking trails, gated entry and free personal trainer. Amenities under construction include a 17,000 square foot clubhouse with indoor running track, basketball court, 75-seat movie theater, fitness center and rock climbing.

Baskwell is renting a two-bedroom, one-bath apartment with a sun room. She says, "I've never found a floor plan I liked better at this price."

Molly Baskwell and her dog Tug live at Rockledge Apartments in Marietta. She loves the location and the friendly neighbors.

One of the best amenities at Rockledge is its convenient location, which provides residents direct Chattahoochee River and trail access.

The resort-style swimming pool is another major attraction for residents.

She loves the storage space including a linen closet and great walk-in closet in the master bedroom and says that's what sold her on the apartment.

Baskwell laughs when she says it's Tug's apartment, not hers, but the lively two-year-old rescued pug is enjoying the good life at Rockledge.

The walking trails adjacent to the community offer residents an opportunity to exercise, bond with their pets or just unwind and relieve stress while being surrounded by nature.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinetry, brushed nickel fixtures and a large pantry.
