A man accused of driving drunk crashed his boat with a pontoon boat on Lake Lanier on June 18, 2012, killing two Gwinnett County brothers.

Crews were out on Lake Lanier looking for a 13-year-old boy, who was still missing after the crash. Paul J. Bennett, 44, of Cumming, has been charged with boating under the influence but could face other charges. He was taken to the Hall County jail.

Investigators said the boat was carrying 13 people from four families. The parents of the brothers were also on the boat.

A boat from the sheriff's department scanned the water.
