Hope Walker loves living at Smyrna's Park Valley apartments so much she said, "I'm going to stay here until I buy a home or get married."

The community's other amenities include two pools, three lighted tennis courts, scheduled resident social activities, onsite courtesy officer, car care center, recycling center, two laundry facilities and a picnic areas with gas grills and swings.

The community features a fitness center with plasma TVs and even offers tennis lessons for residents.

The resident lounge includes a coffee bar and two flat screen TVs for gaming; there's also an E-Cafe with free WiFi service.

"I appreciated the fact that they let you come in here and make it feel like home. I love to decorate, so this was perfect," said Walker.

A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining/living room.

Hope Walker resides at Smyrna's Park Valley Apartments. She's just signed a lease for another year. "I'm going to stay here until I buy a home or get married," she laughed. "I just love it here."

Walker's one-bedroom apartment is an end unit which gives her a lot of privacy. She says the staff, from the maintenance people to the leasing manager are phenomenal.

Walker painted an accent wall and then found the perfect curtains, sheers and bed linens to make everything feel cozy and warm.
