Jessica Michelle Black, 26, is a UGA graduate and a senior account manager at The Intersect Group, an IT consulting firm in Atlanta. She was crowned Miss Georgia United States in February and won the title of Miss United States 2010 on July 15 in Las Vegas.

SIGNATURE STYLE: "Big believer that it's not what you wear, but how you wear it. I don't really follow the latest fashion trends. My style is more classic...it allows me to save pieces and use them for a long time. I get the most compliments on some of my older pieces - I always said the old stuff is the good stuff!" Black wears a cocktail dress by Ryu from Tags Boutique in Smyrna. It features a ruffled detailing one shoulder and a pleated bottom skirt.

WHERE ARE YOU FROM? "I'm originally from a small town in southeast Georgia, called Swainsboro. I lived in Athens for five years attending UGA and I now reside in Smyrna, where I've been living for five+ years now." FAVORITE STORES: "Bebe (My absolute favorite), H&M, Victoria Secret's, Nordstrom's, Black White Market and Bloomingdales (my one more-expensive store I can't say no to, it's my vise)" Black plays with her dog Sebastian. She wears a Bebe strapless dress and a black and white flower belt also from Bebe.

ATLANTA FASHION IS...: "On point with a hip hop flare. I love Atlanta fashion because it's always the latest fashion on the European runway or Hollywood strip with an ATL hip hop twist added." Black wears a white strapless dress with a black belt that features a flower buckle, both from Bebe. Completing the look is a pair of Steve Madden heels, dangle flower earrings from Bebe and a diamond studded rope bracelet from Stella & Dot.

"I'm a small town girl with big dreams, being the first person on either side of my family to graduate or even have the opportunity to attend college. I had to fight hard to make a future for myself. I wouldn't have been able to attend college without the scholarship money from the Miss America Organization." A closer look also at the diamond studded rope bracelet Black got from Stella & Dot."

"I started competing in The Miss America System/or Pageants my senior year in high school, into my freshman year of college, for scholarship money. I received over $7,000 in scholarships that helped me achieve my dream of graduating from college." STANDOUT FASHION MOMENT: "I went to Phipps Plaza to look for a suit for Las Vegas. In Max Mara I tried on a little black dress. The sales associate came back with a pair of killer, to die for, red stiletto's - I've never felt more fashion hip in my life, then I asked the price. She replies "69-9", I said: "You mean these are only $69.99." She laughed: "Those are Jimmy Choo's and they are $699." My hipness was shaken. I replied "I guess Jimmy will have to just keep his Choo's."

BEST FIND: "Tags Boutique in the West Village Shopping Center. Hands down my best find recently! They are a boutique that carries one of a kind, handmade items, where the store carries only one in each size." Black wears a cocktail dress by Ryu that she purchased at Tags Boutique. It features a ruffled detailing one shoulder along with a pleated bottom skirt.

"I am looking forward to an incredible year, but most excited to be able to represent Georgia and Atlanta." Black shows off her flower detailed black clutch from Bebe.

"Pageants have been a bridge for me, allowing me to not only receive much needed scholarship money, but also allowing me to give back to my community."

BIGGEST SPLURGE: "Shoes and clutch purses, I mix and match my clothing well, but when it comes to accessorizing you must keep it fresh." Black's collection of clutches include a gold one from Aldo, a black beaded clutch from White House Black Market, a red leather clutch from Chanel, a shiny red clutch and a pink snakeskin print clutch both from Nine West.
