The family of 75-year-old Dorothy Smith Wright, 12-year-old Cameron Costner and 6-year-old Layla Partridge spoke with the media Tuesday morning, Feb. 2, 2016 at the Chestnut Firm, at Sun Trust Plaza, 303 Peachtree St in downtown Atlanta. Initially, authorities said there were only two victims. An investigating trooper found out there was a third person in the vehicle after notifying the family about the deaths. "[Layla's mother] asked about her daughter, " Lataucha Harris, a relative of the family, told Channel 2 Action News. "Originally, they didn't know there was three people in the car. So they had to go back and look for her." Relatives told Channel 2 that police found Layla nearly 12 hours after the deadly police chase and crash. The family said the wanted answers.
