Atlanta police this morning were investigating a predawn shooting that left a man dead in the middle of a southwest Atlanta street. Family members grieve by a makeshift memorial. The shooting happened around 3:15 a.m. in the 1800 block of Orlando Street, according to Atlanta police Capt. Paul Guerrucci. JOHN SPINK/JSPINK@AJC.COM
