Duluth police Maj. Don Woodruff told Channel 2 Action News that in addition to the man being shot and killed, a woman was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center with injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening, and an 8-year-old child was taken to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite, also with non-life threatening injuries. Duluth police Maj.
