Atlanta police this week busted a major car theft and chop shop operation targeting General Motors sport utility vehicles. Atlanta police believe Ronald Thomas stole and stripped more than 150 vehicles in the past few years, taking them to a series of abandoned warehouses and stripping them for parts.
