DeKalb County police still didn’t have suspects Wednesday evening in the shooting Wednesday morning at a home near Ellenwood where one man was shot and another pistol-whipped.
Around 7 a.m., four men came into a house on Montezuma Circle, in a neighborhood off Bouldercrest Road, shooting and wounding a 27-year-old man and pistol-whipping a 25-year-old man, according to spokesman Capt. Stephen Fore.
The man who was shot is expected to recover.
Police did not release the names of the victims.
Fore said robbery was the motive but investigators still don’t know what was taken. Fore did not know if this was a home invasion or if the victims knew their robbers.
