To my dear wife, Louise Brittain Tolbert
(February 23, 1946 – August 9, 2023)
Our marriage journey began when the late Reverend R.H. Hicks (Pastor, Bethany Baptist Church, in the Pittsburgh Community of Atlanta, Georgia) performed our wedding ceremony on October 16, 1965.
