TERRELL, Myra
Myra Jo (Cole) Terrell, formerly of Forest Park, GA, passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at the age of 97. She was born September 2, 1926, to Joseph Clayton and Kate Williamson Cole. She was preceded in death by her husband, Haeston Terrell of 57 years of marriage; and by her sons, Garry H, and Anthony (Tony), and Randall (Randy) Terrell. Myra is survived by her granddaughter, Jennifer (Aaron) Tullar of Johns Creek; grandson; Garry R. Terrell of Lake City; granddaughter, Kimberly Terrell of Stockbridge; grandson, Matthew Terrell of Stockbridge; great-granddaughters, Kate Jo and Claire Tullar; and daughter-in-law, Tammie Terrell of Fayetteville, GA. A visitation for family and friends to gather will be held at Thomas Scroggs Funeral home in Morrow, GA on Wednesday, October 24 between the hours of 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM. A Funeral Service will be held in her honor at 11:30 AM with Pastor Steve Clark officiating. Myra will be laid to rest next to her husband and sons at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at Beulah Baptist Church, located on Beulah Church Road in Carrollton, GA.
