Eunice Pritchett Talley, age 95, of Chamblee, GA, peacefully entered into the presence of her Lord and Savior Friday, September 10, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving daughters and family.
Funeral services for Eunice will be held on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Peachtree Corners Chapel of Crowell Brothers Funeral Homes & Crematory with Pastor Chris George officiating. Burial will follow at North Atlanta Memorial Park, Dunwoody, GA. The family will gather with friends on Sunday, September 12, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Monday, September 13, 2021 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
Eunice was born July 24, 1926 in Sandy Ridge, AL, to the late Walter Eldon Pritchett and the late Vera Snider Pritchett; also preceding Eunice in death is her beloved husband of 56 years, James R. Talley; son, Donald James Talley; brother, Walter Eldon "Son" Pritchett Jr.; sisters, Laura Mae Rogers, Mattie Belle Faulk, and Margaret Clyde Bush; and son-in-law, Lamar Everett.
Eunice was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed traveling and camping, fishing, cooking, walking and taking care of her family.
She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Everett, Patty Stegherr and husband Doug; grandchildren, Lisa Bruce, Kristie Clarke and husband Brian, Ginger Hindmon, Elizabeth Cline and husband Joel, James Hutchins, Jennifer Graham and husband Pete, Johnny Hutchins, Melinda Robertson and husband Jonathan, Kaitlyn Talley, Matthew Stegherr and wife Crissy, Jonathan Stegherr and wife Kerri, Christopher Stegherr and wife Laura, and Jerry Everett; twenty-two great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family and close friends.
