Paul was blessed during his lifetime to have more than his share of close friends, all of whom he cherished.
Paul is survived by the love of his life, his wife Josefina "Ina" Lopez Scoville; the best sister anyone ever had, Lucile S. Westney; stepdaughters Cathy Sykes; Patty Marsh, Ana Carroll, Alejandra "Jana" Cordero Diaz, Barbara Cordero Nunez, and Danielle Cordero Lopez; step-grandchildren Rebecca Dunn, MacKenzie Marsh, Chandler Marsh, Clayton Carroll, Alejandro Diaz Cordero, Juan Pablo Diaz Cordero, Camilla Nunez Cordero, and Victoria Nunez Cordero.
In lieu of a funeral or memorial service, Paul would like his ashes spread one beautiful summer day in the mountains north of Durango, CO, which he loved so much.
