ROGERS, Ronald

Ronald Rogers, age 67, of Jonesboro, GA, passed away on December 31, 2020. He was born in Montgomery, AL on January 12, 1953 to his parents Flora Cross (mother), and Hillary Rogers. He honorably served in the Air Force. Survived by his wife, Doree, he was a devoted husband of 38 years. Ron was a selfless, loving father to his children Scott, Carie, Mark and Jon. Beloved grandfather of Jonathan, Destiny, Maxwell, Harry, Georgia and Isadore. He is also survived by his brother, William Rogers. Being a true outdoorsman, he was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a professional painter and retired Dept. of Transportation Foreman. He was a loyal friend to many and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Rest In Peace, Ron.
