MOORE, Richard Allen
Mr. Richard Allen Moore, age 73, of Gainesville, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 21, 2023.
He was born on April 6, 1950, in Toccoa, Georgia. He was the son of the late J.C. Moore and Dixie (Barrett) Moore.
Richard graduated from Toccoa High School and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from North Georgia College. He enjoyed his career as a respiratory therapist and leaves behind family, and many friends and colleagues.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Jan (Cooper) Moore; daughter, Kimberly Cantrell (Brad); and two grandchildren, Hannah Cantrell and Robbie Cantrell; as well as his sister, Libby Moore (Susan Snead).
The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, Saturday, October 28, 2023, at Memorial Park Riverside Chapel.
