MALONEY, Barbara Cross

Barbara Cross Maloney, 92, passed peacefully of heart failure on January 3, 2021 with her daughter and caregivers at her side. She was born in Chamblee and lived much of her life in Brookhaven and Cumming, GA. Born into a family with six sisters and one brother, Vivian Gay is the last surviving sibling. She had a fulfilling career with the Veteran's Administration and a retirement filled with travels and family. She is survived by her daughter Faye Andresen (husband Robert Andresen), two grandchildren Amy Andresen (husband Matthew Nidek) and Eric Andresen (wife Lindsey Andresen) and one great-grandchild Henry Nidek-Andresen. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
