Patrick Jay Harrison, age 49, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away Monday, October 4, 2021. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, October 8, 2021 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Pastor Frank Robertson officiating. Interment will follow at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta. Born in Meridian, MS, Patrick grew up in Mableton, GA where he graduated from Pebblebrook High School. He moved to Powder Springs 27 years ago, and had been working for Norfolk Southern Railroad for the past 28 years, most recently as a Yard Master. He was a member of Woodlawn Presbyterian Church in Mableton, and enjoyed deer hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil Paul and Nancy Harrison, his brother, Tobin Harrison, and his father-in-law, Earl Arnold. Survivors include: wife of 27 years, Amanda Harrison; 2 sons, Jay and William Harrison; 3 sisters, Jan (Steve) Keiss, Laura Harrison and Cathy English; mother-in-Law, Wanda Arnold; in-laws, Spencer (Ann) Arnold and Sarah (Chad) Ross; and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patrick Harrison's memory to your favorite charity.
