CLARKE, III, James Russell

James Russell Clarke III was born March 20, 1934 in Brooklyn, NY to Winifred Horwill and James Russell Clarke Jr. Jim passed October 17, 2021. As we mourn his loss and reminisce about his life, we are reminded what a brilliant man, devoted husband, and loving father he was. It was a privilege and honor to have him as the patriarch of our family. Rest in Peace, Jim. We love you and will always cherish your memory. Jim leaves behind his wife of 60 years, Bertha Lilley Clarke, sisters Edith and Emily, cousin Sally, children Victoria and Russell, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and generations of nieces and nephews. Service: 3 PM Saturday, October 30, 2021, Elks Lodge #78, 1775 Montreal Rd., Tucker, GA.
