BELL (KERIZ), Victoria
2/07/1960-9/14/2021
At 2:15 AM on September 14th, Vicky, peacefully passed away from infection and inflammation in her brain, medulla and spinal cord. She was the kindest, nicest, most giving person we have ever known. Vicky radiated so much beauty on the inside and outside and her husband was lucky enough to live in her lovelight every day. She was in the moment, enjoyed life to the fullest, had the most contagious laugh, and brought light and joy to any room she entered. Thank you, Vicky, for making the world a better place and for all the lives you touched in the time you were given. May we all honor your memory by living life to the fullest and by bringing joy to others.
Vicky had the most wonderful, loving Ukrainian parents, Steve and Anna, who survived the cruelties of German War camps in WWII. They immigrated to the US after being freed by American Soldiers and raised their family in a peaceful country setting. Vicky treasured attending the University of Arizona, enjoying the subtle beauty of the desert. She returned home to graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from Rockford College in IL. In the early 80's Vicky moved to Atlanta to live and work with her husband and she and Joe happily retired to Clayton, GA in 2019, dreaming of spending their remaining years in the beautiful North Georgia Mtns. She is survived by her older brother, Steve Keriz (wife Lidiya), and her husband of 38 years, Joe (Buddy) Bell.
Given the realities of Covid, we will not have a service at this time. However, in the memory of our Sweet Vicky please consider donating to her favorite groups: Paws for Life in Clayton, GA.
