INVERNESS, Scotland – OK, this boy is TOO cute.
A video posted to Facebook shows little Noel standing in front of his mom's mirror with lipstick all over it.
When his mom, Laura Hopkins, asks who did it, little Noel says, “It’s Batman.”
Hopkins couldn’t keep a straight face, cracking up behind the camera. The boy’s Scottish accent only makes the whole thing even more adorable.
"Far too cute to get mad," wrote Laura on YouTube.
