A 10-year-old fell from a trailer being pulled by a farm tractor and was crushed by one of its wheels Wednesday while trick or treating, police said.
The child was with a group of children who were riding in the trailer which had built-in seats and was slowly being pulled by an antique 1948 farm tractor, MLive reported.
The group was trick or treating when the child, who has not been identified, fell around 7:20 p.m., MLive reported. Police said drugs and alcohol were not a factor, WOOD reported.
The child was taken to a hospital where the child died.
