A man was hanging out with friends Monday when someone dumped some trash nearby, along with the stuffed tiger.
He tied it to the top of his SUV and started cruising around.
Officer Henry Scott was sent to investigate the tiger 911 call, described by Camas police as an "animal problem."
The 19-year-old says he and police traded jokes and photos. Other drivers also got the joke, honking and giving him a thumbs-up sign.
