A 28-year-old construction worker died Saturday after a cut-off saw kicked back and hit his neck.
The man was working at a construction site in Duxbury for a private company on a waterline to newly constructed homes.
The saw hit his neck around 2:30 p.m. Emergencies officials responded as workers applied pressure to slow the bleeding. He was taken to an area hospital and later died.
A co-worker told FOX25 that the victim has children. Occupational Safety and Health Administration personnel are at the worksite investigating.
