Dan Wiesel, CEO of Pet Airways, embraces a canine passenger in Farmingdale, N.Y., on Tuesday. On the first-ever all-pet airline started by Wiesel and wife Alysa Binder, dogs and cats will fly in the main cabin of a Suburban Air Freight plane, retooled and lined with carriers in place of seats.
