A Florida woman won $200,000 for life after winning a top prize from a scratch-off game, the Florida lottery announced Wednesday.

Wendy Holmes, 46 of Lake City, chose to receive her LUCKY $200,000 A YEAR FOR LIFE Scratch-Off game winnings as a one-time lump-sum payment of $3,202,017.41.

All of this feels so unreal to me! I had to check my ticket several times to make sure it was a real winner,” Wendy said. “I’m so excited, but I’m still in shock. I can’t believe that I won all this money.”

Holmes had purchased her winning Scratch-Off ticket at Stop N’ Go Food Store, located at 1263 U.S. Highway 90 West.

The $20 Scratch-Off game launched in January 2010, and features more than $450 million in total prizes. The game’s overall odds are one-in- 2.94, the Florida Lottery said.
