The woman told investigators that the employee was rude and her order was taking too long to complete, so she pulled out and fired the stun gun around 5 p.m., Metro Times reported.

The prongs missed the employee, who was not injured, Metro Times reported. The employee told police that she was courteous to the woman.

The woman was taken into custody and later released, WXYZ reported. Police offered to take her to another location, but she refused.

"We confiscated the taser," Wayne State University Police Chief Anthony Holt told the Metro Times.
