She claimed to be selling children’s Bibles when she knocked on the door of a Georgia home, according to police.
But when a resident opened the door Tuesday afternoon, the alleged saleswoman and men wearing hoodies forced their way into a home, near Cumming, Ga., Deputy Doug Rainwater with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday. The suspects attempted an armed robbery at the home, Rainwater said.
The suspects left the home in a late model Toyota Camry, white or pearl in color, before deputies arrived.
The woman is described as having shoulder-length blonde hair, blue eyes and was 5-feet-2 inches tall, according to police.
