Woman pulled from flooded car in dramatic rescue caught on video

According to ABC13, Steven Shannon, assisted by three others, saw Glenda Reynolds drive into the rising water caused my heavy rain in Texas. Her car quickly submerged into the water and Reynolds couldn't escape.

Shannon was able to swim to her car and help Reynolds and her dog escape to safety.
