A Georgia mother is in trouble with the law for locking her son, forcing him to sleep on the backyard's concrete patio.

Antonia Folsom's son, The Associated Press reported, told police that he came home after his 9 p.m. curfew and found the doors to his home locked.

The 13-year-old claims Folsom came to the door, telling him that she was tired of him coming home late and to find somewhere else to go.

The teen then continued to knock on the door, even after his 15-year-old brother gave him a pillow and blanket.  He received no response from Folsom, he said, so he slept on the patio.

The police report said Folsom left for work the next morning, telling her older son not to let his brother inside, AP reported.

Folsom was arrested and booked in the county jail. She was charged with deprivation of a minor. She was freed after posting $1,300 bond.  Folsom's children are now in the custody of their grandmother, The Associated Press reported.
