The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office has not released her identity.

Neighbors heard an explosion around 7 a.m. and saw a fire. They said the port-a-potty had been in front of the home for at least five months.

The homeowner said no one was scheduled to work on the house Saturday.

The Medical Examiner's Office and crime scene unit responded to the scene and the investigation is ongoing.
