WATCH: Train plows through heavy snow in New York

A winter storm has created a winter wonderland in southern New York, near the Pennsylvania border.

Benjamin Robinson captured a video of a train plowing through the heavy snow, creating a white cloud as the train roared down the track.

The National Weather Service reports hazardous conditions in the nearby Binghamton area, with a winter storm warning issued through tomorrow evening. Total snowfall is expected to top two feet in the region by the time the storm winds down Wednesday.
