A group of mischevious penguins at the Odense Zoo in Denmark clearly didn't plan out an escape from their enclosure very well, but they gave it their all.
Zookeepers found a bunch of tiny, incriminating penguin footprints leading down the hallway of the building. As they closed in, they came across the five adorable escapees.
In one final attempt for freedom, the penguins waddle as fast as they can the other way looking for an exit. Sadly, their plans are foiled when they reach a dead end.
Back to the drawing board, boys. Perhaps watching 'Penguins of Madagascar' will help better prepare them for their next jail break.
