A mother and her 15-month-old daughter were rescued from a flooded house in Huger, South Carolina Sunday.
A Coast Guard crew from Air Station Savannah, Georgia helped Cristi Mueller and her daughter, Kailynn Walts, from the rising waters that have devastated parts of South Carolina.
Historic flooding has washed out roads and bridges and left some residents stranded in their homes, businesses and/or vehicles.
The flooding has killed at least six people.
