Watch as man hears his daughter's voice for the first time

A Tampa, Fla., man is count his blessings today.

D.C. Goutoufas has been deaf since the age of 4.

On Thursday, the 47-year-old heard his daughter's voice for the first time.

Her first words were "I love you."
