Surveillance video from the Walmart return desk captured the most recent assault.

Deanne Kenworthy was filling out paperwork at customer service and was waved back to the counter to finish checking out.

"She rammed her cart in front of me. I said, 'Sorry, but I don't have time for this bs,'" Kenworthy said. "Then, she grabbed the back of my hair and threw me. I mean, literally threw me like a sack of potatoes. When I landed, I hit my back and my elbow, and busted my head. Then when I tried to get back up, she kicked me back down."

A manager escorted the angry woman out of the store before police arrived.

Greenville Police said they were told by Walmart that the suspect had also caused trouble two days before when she slammed her shopping cart into another customer she also claimed had cut in line.
