It’s not every day you see triplets running down their driveway to greet the sanitation workers who collect their garbage.

But that’s exactly what happens on Tuesdays and Fridays at the home of Martha Sugalski, a news anchor at WFTV in Orlando, Florida.

Sugalski has been recording these “garb day” greetings with her triplets since they were babies. The almost 3-year-old triplets, Heaton, Wilder, and Holden, get so excited when the workers pull up to their Longwood home to collect the trash.

“It started as just waving to the truck, then the sanitation engineers would stop and say hello, and now it has turned into a sweet friendship,” Sugalski said.

Now the world seems to be taking notice, too. A recent video Sugalski posted on Facebook has 27 million views and counting. It was even shared by actor Tyrese Gibson.

The video’s success has surprised Sugalski, who said she never expected the weekly greetings would be such a hit.

“I had no idea that so many people around the world would see it and be so touched. I have received more than a thousand messages from people who say these videos have brightened their day and if we can do that then that makes me happy,” Sugalski said.
