Video has recently been released that shows a man chasing an airplane onto the tarmac as it pulled away from the gate.
Marc Rehmar was accused of opening an emergency exit door at Denver International Airport and running in front of a plane on Aug. 6, according to authorities. He allegedly was trying to stop the plane from departing without him.
He was initially charged with hindering public transportation and endangering public transportation. He was sentenced to 2 years' probation and 100 hours of community service.
