Video: Girlfriend allegedly runs over boyfriend because he was HIV positive

Video out of Phoenix, Arizona, filmed by a neighbor’s surveillance camera on April 29 shows a woman in a Mustang running over her bike-riding boyfriend, apparently in response to his recent revelation that he had HIV.

The video shows the unidentified man flipping over the roof of the vehicle. He suffered fractured vertebrae and a head injury that required staples to mend.

The woman, who left the scene, has been identified as 43-year-old Misty Lee Wilke.

According to KSAZ, court documents revealed Wilke was recently informed by her boyfriend that he had HIV. She reportedly told police that he laughed at the situation and attacked her with a pocket knife.

She’s in jail now and faces two aggravated assault charges.
