A man happened to be filming on the Oregon Coast the moment a wave poured over a rocky barrier where he was walking.

Steve Raplee was taking walking on the beach in Charleston, Oregon, filming the surf and people on the sand. In the video, a young boy and a small dog can be seen walking on the sand with some bystanders watching the waves crash against the stone barrier. Seconds later, Raplee, while running to safety warns of the large wave that sweeps over the sand.
