A UPS worker in Honolulu, Hawaii was caught on video throwing and kicking multiple packages during a stop on Wednesday.
The video went viral on social media and even caught the attention of the package delivery company's headquarters.
"We took corrective action with him, and we've also engaged with the customer at the delivery location," UPS corporate spokeswoman Susan Rosenberg said in a phone interview. Rosenberg didn't say whether the employee was suspended or fired.
It's also unknown what was in the packages or what damage the contents sustained.
Even still, the chances are high that the items were high-ticket goods. The loading zone where the incident occurred was at a building that's often called Luxury Row. The area houses stores like Tiffany & Co., Coach, Saint Laurent Paris, Chanel, Gucci, Montcler, Bottega Veneta, Miu Miu and Hugo Boss.
According to WOIO, people who saw the UPS employee's tantrum said the man became frustrated when he couldn't operate the company truck properly. They said he took those frustrations out on the packages.
