Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump held a rally in Manheim, Pennsylvania, on Saturday.

But it was the content of Trump's speech that gave some spectators pause.

Trump said Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton should be imprisoned, a sentiment he had largely avoided in recent months.

But he also poked fun at Clinton’s medical episode during a 9/11 memorial ceremony, a subject that he had previously left untouched in his calls for Clinton to release her medical records.

“She has been a disaster. Here’s a woman, she’s supposed to fight all these different things, and she can’t make it 15 feet to her car. Give me a break," Trump said, re-enacting Clinton stumbling to her vehicle.

Trump was not finished. He moved on to insinuate that Clinton was unfaithful to her husband, saying, “I don’t even think she’s loyal to Bill, you wanna know the truth. And really, folks, really why should she be, right? Why should she be?”

Trump also slammed the recently leaked audio from Clinton discussing former presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders' (I-Vt.) supporters. Sanders brushed off the criticism and defended Clinton.
