A driver careened through an intersection, struck a 35-year-old man operating a scooter, continued driving without stopping and has yet to come forward to authorities.

In a video police released Wednesday, the driver of the scooter can be seen flying off and over the hood and windshield of a red Camry as the Camry turned at an intersection around 2:16 a.m. Sept. 21.

The driver of the scooter can be seen lying on the road in the middle of the street as the Camry keeps going. The unidentified victim suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries, officials said.

The suspect vehicle is a red 1996 to 2002 Toyota Camry that might have front end damage and a smashed windshield.

A $2,500 reward is being offered for help in finding the driver of the Camry.
