Castlebury bought a white dress and fabric markers, hoping her students would get colorful and creative with their design.

"As much as I love to wear crazy things, why not wear something that would represent my entire classroom and their sweet personalities," Castlebury told the Huffington Post.

She drew a border around the bottom of the dress, then turned it over to her students, and the final result was everything she had hoped and more.

She already has plans to wear it for a very important occasion.

“I want to wear the dress for their future fifth-grade graduations,” said Castlebury.
