What to know now:
1. Utley suspended: L.A. Dodgers second baseman Chase Utley has been suspended for the next two games of the MLB National League Division Series after a slide into second base in Game 1 Saturday broke the leg of New York Mets shortstop Ruben Tejada. According to an unnamed source, league officials will hear an appeal of the suspension Monday morning and should have a decision on whether Utley could play by gametime Monday night. Game 3 of the series is scheduled to start at 8:37 p.m. (ET)
2. No Social Security increase: If you are one of the nearly 60 million Americans who receive a monthly Social Security check, don't look for an increase in benefits for 2016. The annual cost-of-living increase, by law, is based on a measure of inflation. The rate of inflation in the United States has been so low that it's not likely an increase would kick in. Blame the low price of gasoline, some economists say.
3. Southwest Airlines delay: Southwest Airlines is urging customers to get to the airport at least two hours before scheduled flight departures Monday as they continue to battle a computer problem that delayed some 300 flights Sunday. The airlines is asking travelers to bring a printed boarding pass as they will be checked onto flights manually.
4. Obama on '60 Minutes': President Barack Obama said Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server for U.S. State Department business was "a mistake," but that he did not believe the national security was endangered because of it. Obama made the comments during an interview aired Sunday on CBS's "60 Minutes." "As a general proposition, when we're in these offices, we have to be more sensitive and stay as far away from the line as possible when it comes to how we handle information, how we handle our own personal data," Obama said. "And, you know, she made a mistake. She has acknowledged it."
The president also said he believed the controversy surrounding the issue was “ginned-up” by Republicans.
5. Ex-Benghazi staffer's claims: A fired investigator for the House committee looking into the attack on the American consulate in Beghazi, Libya, says the group is targeting Hillary Clinton in a "partisan investigation." Maj. Bradley Podliska, an intelligence officer hired by the committee to help in the investigation, says he was fired because he refused to focus only on Clinton's role in responding to the attack that killed four Americans, including Christopher Stevens, the ambassador to Libya.
The committee’s chairman, Trey Gowdy, (R-S.C.), denied Podliska’s claims saying Podliska was cautioned for his efforts to discredit Clinton.

Actor Randy Quaid was arrested Sunday as he tried to cross the U.S. border from Canada. Quaid will be arraigned Monday in Vermont and faces vandalism charges stemming from an incident in 2010 where he and his wife, Evi, were found squatting in a Santa Barbara, Calif., guesthouse they once owned.
