What to know now:
1. Tuesday's primaries: Both Democratic and Republican voters will be heading to the polls Tuesday, taking part in presidential primaries in five states that will yield 384 Democratic convention delegates and 172 Republican ones. In what's being called the "Amtrak primaries" both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump hold leads in Pennsylvania, the state with the largest delegate count up for grabs Tuesday.
2. Cosby trial: A judge has ruled that the sexual assault case against Bill Cosby can move forward despite protests from Cosby's lawyers. Attorneys for Cosby won a stay in February to temporarily stop the case from going to trial saying a former district attorney had made a deal with the comedian that barred him from criminal prosecution.
3. Interviewing Trump: Fox News has announced that host Megyn Kelly will interview Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump in a Fox TV special to air in May. "Megyn Kelly Presents," a prime-time special airing May 17 on Fox TV, will feature an interview with the GOP front runner. Trump has had an ongoing feud with Kelly since the first Republican debate after she asked him a question about how he spoke disparagingly about women.
4. N.C. voting law: A district judge ruled Monday that North Carolina's election laws do not hamper minority voters' rights to cast ballots in the state. Several organizations along with the U.S. Justice Department brought suit claiming the law requiring voters to have a valid form of photo identification to cast a ballot was unconstitutional. The judge ruled that requiring a photo ID to receive a ballot did not keep minority voters from going to the polls and casting votes.
5. Prince and drugs: An attorney for two of Prince's siblings say they told him the "Purple Rain" star had a drug problem and would die an early death. Michael Padden said Prince siblings Lorna Nelson and Duane Nelson told him the singer abused the painkiller Percocet and also used cocaine. Padden says the siblings feared by Prince's life because he had "straw buyers" to obtain prescription drugs in their name then give them to him. Lorna Nelson died in 2006 and Duane Nelson died in 2011, according to the Star-Tribune. Many of Prince's friends and colleagues, including his attorney, have said the singer lead a clean life and had never been seen taking drugs.
