What to know now:
1. Election Day is here: Election Day 2016 is finally here, and votes have already been cast. In New Hampshire, where voting can begin after midnight, Donald Trump took the lead in the three rural New Hampshire towns that traditionally vote first in the country. Hillary Clinton won the town of Dixville Notch, 4 votes to 2 votes for Trump. In Hart's Location, N.H., she won again, 17 to 14. But in Millsfield, N.H., Trump won 16-4 over Clinton, giving him the lead in early voting. Libertarian Gary Johnson received a vote, and Mitt Romney, the 2012 Republican candidate, John Kasich, the governor of Ohio, and Bernie Sanders, Clinton's rival during the Democratic primaries, all received write-in votes. 2. Another body found: Law enforcement authorities say a third body has been found on property owned by Todd Kohlhepp, the man accused of kidnapping and chaining a woman up in a storage container for two months. Kohlhepp has confessed to a quadruple murder, according to police who believe he may have killed others.
3. Woman runs over 3: A woman leaving family court Monday in California ran over her estranged husband and two of his friends with her car, reversing the vehicle to run over a female victim a second time before she drove to a bridge and jumped into San Francisco Bay, killing herself. Police say bystanders tried to stop the woman, who has not yet been identified, but she sped off. Her body was found by the Coast Guard. The three she ran over were taken to the hospital with moderate injuries.
4. UV dean gets $3 million: A jury has awarded $3 million to a University of Virginia associate dean who claimed her life and reputation was damaged when she was depicted as a villain in a story about an alleged rape on the school's campus. Nicole Eramo was featured in a 2014 story in Rolling Stone entitled "A Rape on Campus" which alleged to tell the story of "Jackie" who was brutally raped in one of the school's fraternity houses. Eramo had sued for $7.5 million.
5. Anesthesia study: A new study on anesthesia's effect on children may ease the concerns of parents whose children need surgery. According to the study released Monday, anesthesia during early childhood surgery poses little risk for any drop in intelligence or problems with academics later on.

Actress Angelina Jolie Pitt will continue to have sole custody of her six children, according to a joint agreement reached with her estranged husband, actor Brad Pitt. According to the agreement, Pitt will continue "therapeutic" visits with the children.
