A Texas gun shop known for its controversial signs is at it again: this time slamming President Obama for his handling of the Islamic State.

The sign outside of Tactical Firearms in Katy, Texas is asking, "Does one of Obama's family members have to be beheaded for 'change' to happen?" This sign referring to the beheadings of two American journalists and a British aid worker at the hands of Islamic extremists. The message was also posted to the store's Facebook page.

CEO Jeremy Alcede told KHOU-TV he pays attention to the news and determines "what needs to be fixed" and what is "important" before he decides to voice his opinion by posting a message on the marquee.

"We've tried to educate people, but they aren't listening," he said.

Alcede says parents who believe the sign is offensive should use it as a way to educate their children on what's going on in the world.

"Beheadings happen...but they shouldn't," said Alcede.
