Texas cheerleaders support rival school after deadly crash

Last week, cheerleaders from Iraan High School riding on a school bus were involved in a crash that killed the squad's sponsor and injured seven others, KXAS reported. The cheerleaders were returning from the Braves' state playoff quarterfinal victory against Munday when their bus was struck by an 18-wheeler on a Texas interstate highway, KTAB reported. The squad's coach, 52-year-old Elizabeth Pope, was killed.
