A man said he returned to his Nashville, Tennessee, home to find a naked man sitting on his couch drinking juice, according to a police report.

The incident happened Wednesday night. The resident said he called out to the stranger, who then screamed and dropped the juice, WKRN-TV reported.

When officers arrived, they called for the man to come outside. According to the police report, the man emerged, wearing only a T-shirt, and continued screaming.

Police identified the man as 67-year-old James Wooten. He was arrested on charges including aggravated burglary.

The resident said Wooten had consumed ice cream and juice from his freezer.

Police believe Wooten accessed the house through an open window in the bedroom.
